Stumbled across this place looking for a quick meal in the area. SO glad I did. I got the Athenian and it was delicious. We also tried the baklava and it's full of flavor and melts in your mouth. The Service was fast and friendly. It has a great family atmosphere complete with family dining tables we've seen throughout the generations. Will definitely be back!
Jesus Christ this food is hands down addictive. The Greek nachos...I would trade my children for an order. But seriously, you've got a try this! Feeling awful? Have a falafel! They're bomb. The tzatziki sauce is other worldly delicious as well.
Best gyros I've ever had, and I have gyros often. They are consistently good over the years we've eaten there. The pita bread is always fresh, they give you a lot of the deliciously seasoned lamb and beef, and the condiments are always fresh and cold. I love both the garlic sauce and Tzatziki. You can always count on the gyros being perfect. And their soups in winter are to die for, my favorite being the smoked Gouda tomato bisque. It's one of those places that we hope never closes!
I recently tried the happy greek for the first time and it was amazing. I tried the sampler platter and everything was delicious and seemed fresh. The inside was clean and well decorated. The woman who checked me out who I believe would be the owner was very kind and gave great service. Will def go back :)
WOW!!! The Happy Greek is our new favorite place to get our Gyros and baklava! It was our first time visiting and the staff were super welcoming and the food was absolutely fantastic! It was hot and fresh! I love that they have a few options for kids. We will definitely be visiting again!
My husband and I tried this for the first time for lunch. We both got the Athenian and shared the Feta Fries. It was all so delicious and amazing. The food was so fresh. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and our food was served quickly. Highly recommend and this is going to become a regular stop for us.
This beautiful little Greek restaurant is a gem in the Lakewood area! The owner was super friendly and my gyro came out very quick. The gyro was delicious and was stuffed to the brim with fresh ingredients. Can't wait till I can come back and try more of their food!
My husband and I enjoyed feta fries together. He got the super gyro and I got the gyro bowl. Delicious. Great service too.
